Rajiv Gupta and Kaushik Narayan co-founded Axiamatic after more than two decades of working together. Most notably, they built Skyhigh Networks, where they created the Cloud Access Security Broker category, which Gartner recognized as the fastest-growing category in cybersecurity at the time, and which was later acquired by McAfee. Rajiv co-founded and led two more successful exits, including Confluent Software (acquired by Oracle) and Securent (acquired by Cisco).
Post McAfee, they turned their focus to one of the most consequential, unsolved, and secular problems in the enterprise: why enterprise transformation programs consistently fail. After speaking with hundreds of Fortune 500 leaders, they heard the same pattern:
companies must continually transform to stay competitive, yet despite significant investment, most programs fall short of expectations. Axiamatic was built to change that.
